Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders through USPS or UPS, which ever is selected. Our flat rate or free shipping promotions, we may pick and choose which ever carrier we see fit.

All of our orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days unless stated otherwise, and longer on private label or custom products. Those will items will be emailed an estimated ship date and timeline. 

We are not liable or responsible or any late or stolen packages. Damaged packages should be documented and emailed to us immediately so we can remedy the situation and file an insurance claim with the carrier.
